Erasmus who is also an avid historian concluded that in cases where companies failed to live to expectations are direct results to business owners choosing to live in the shadows of past successes and also not having more strategic options to choose from.
This resulted in the birth of Mien Universal Services that allows Erasmus to present ideas from successful businesses and creating better ideas and strategies.

Penang White Curry fame became a client. A home electric group for first time
achieved a highest sales turnover of RM 42 million – 20% increase in 50 years
after 9 months of consultation.

Erasmus became the first General Manager for a
Finnish IT group of companies, NEUVOS with global offices in Finland, UK,
Singapore and Malaysia. He had ensured the Malaysian unit achieved its
MSC-status. He had successfully sealed a contract with the first large client
from Japan and negotiated with other notable companies. NEUVOS was then sold
off in 2014. Upon resignation, he had consulted the company in 2015 and was
offered local directorship in 2016.
NAFAS (National Farmers Organisation) signed on to
become a new client for ISO 22000, HAACP and GMP.
FELCRA Berhad, (Federal Land Consolidation and
Rehabilitation Authority) a corporate organisation wholly owned by the
Malaysian Government, under the Minister of Finance Incorporated. became a client in September on 3-year long contract for Forest Stewardship Council in
Forest Management of rubber plantation pilot programme. Second fishmeal company to be consulted for FQC and GACC.
Forming of SDWT named MIENS360x under MIENS. The first emailing system with miens360.com. Through a client that started food safety project in 2018, to continue as outsource company for a member company of CP (Charoen Pokphand), Thailand’s largest private company and one of the world’s largest conglomerates.
